The Seabrook Plantation on Edisto Island was constructed in 1810 by William Seabrook. The house sits on 350 acres and is surrounded by majestic views and deep water on Steamboat Creek, a branch of the North Edisto River. The Federal-style plantation house was designed by James Hoban, the architect of the White House. It is currently on the National Historic Register.

We fully renovated the house from a 1930's style hunting lodge to a retreat for a family of five girls, updating it with modern conveniences.
