J. Jilich Design & Associates opened in 1989 in Charleston, South Carolina and since that time has elevated itself as one of Charleston's preeminent design firms. The J. Jilich Design & Associates team combines a group of talented designers with an organized office staff. Together this team is able to provide comprehensive professional design services to Charleston, its surrounding areas, and beyond. Designers associated with J. Jilich Design & Associates are all qualified by education, exam, and experience to create interior spaces that are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Our designers are professional members of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) having successfully completed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) exam, or are in the process of obtaining certification. They are trained and experienced in both commercial and residential design.

With over 20 years of experience in the interior design industry, Jane has completed numerous projects ranging from corporate to residential design. She has won many design awards for various types of projects. In 2002, Jane was the recipient of the ASID Carolinas Dora Gray Award, the highest award presented by ASID Carolinas for both North and South Carolina. The award recognizes and honors a designer who has made outstanding contributions toward ASID's goal of excellence in her professional achievements. Jane graduated from Converse College with a B.A. before receiving an Associate Degree in Applied Arts from the Art Institute of Houston. She became NCIDQ certified in 1990.
Jane Thompson Jilich, ASID
A graduate from the College of Charleston with a BA in Art History, Bonnie has 5 years experience in Office Management and Human Resources. A native of Aiken, SC, Bonnie and her husband moved to Mississippi for 4 years to help with her family business. Following Hurricane Katrina she returned to Charleston to raise her family.
Bonnie's responsibilities include scheduling, purchasing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, all bookkeeping duties, maintaining the sample library, and assisting the designers in numerous capacities.
Holly is a native of North Carolina. She moved to Charleston 5 years ago to pursue a career in the health field. After arriving in Charleston she transformed her desire to help others through healthcare and since then has saught out her passion for interior design.
Holly is a recent graduate of The Art Institute of Charleston. She is a young professional that brings a fresh look and a keen eye to the world of interior design. She brings a unique perspective to the table as she combines her passions for both color and texture to create a palatte that inspires confidence and professionalism in every design she undertakes.
